The Department of Chemistry, University of Nairobi in conjunction with BASF East Africa Organized BASF Open Day held on 29th Nov. 2019 at the University of Nairobi Towers, 4th floor.

The event was attended by Prof. Bernard Aduda, Principal, College of Biological & Physical Sciences, who was there in Vice chancellor's capacity, Dr. Michael Gotsche, BASF Africa Vice President & M.D East Africa with his Team, The host, Prof. John Onyari, Chairman, Department of Chemistry, Chemistry Department Staff and Students.

The Department of Chemistry Undergraduate Students attended the Mentorship program presented Live from USA by Suzzane Shaffer from Penn State University on 14th Nov 2019 at Chemistry Department, Room 119.

The topic of the seminar "Becoming more Resilient" was presented Live from USA.

BASF East Africa team trained 32 Chemistry Fourth Year Students on Soft Skills on 18th Oct 2019 at the 

School of Physical Sciences Boardroom.
