The Department of Chemistry through Lead Exposure Intervention Project(LEIP) organized for a Hands-on Technical training workshop on Portable X-ray Fluorescence (pXRF) Spectrometry on 17th – 23rd June 2026 in the newly renovated, Estec-supported Science Exposure and Chemometrics Labora

The organizing committee invites submission of abstracts and registration of participants for a 2-day workshop to be held on 12th – 13th May 2026 at the Department of Chemistry, University of Nairobi. The workshop aims to showcase advancement in research, foster both international and interdisciplinary collaboration and strengthen capacity in all aspects of green chemistry for environmental and health sensing, and sustainable energy.
