The Kenya National NMR Centre (KNMRC) based at the Department of Chemistry, University of Nairobi in partnership with Royal Society of Chemistry/Pan African Chemistry Network(PACN) has organized for its annual NMR Hands-on Training Workshop scheduled for July 20th-24th 2026 at the Faculty of Science & Technology, Department of Chemistry.
The participants are researchers, lecturers, technicians, Master of Science students and PhD students in the field of chemical sciences from universities and research institutions across Eastern and Central Africa . The successful applicants were subjected to a rigorous vetting exercise for the above training course. This workshop is fully sponsored by the Royal Society of Chemistry/Pan African Chemistry Network and is aimed at enhancing the capabilities of Kenyan scientists in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopic techniques.
